Weekly Credit System

• Membership credits are allocated weekly and expire each Saturday at midnight
• Credit weeks run from Saturday to Saturday
• Unused credits do not roll over to the following week
• Credits cannot be transferred between members or refunded for cash

Setup Fee & Billing

• All memberships include a one-time $50 setup fee charged with your first payment
• Setup fees are non-refundable once paid
• Recurring billing occurs weekly on Mondays
• Payment failures may result in temporary suspension of credit allocation

Refunds Policy

• No refunds are available for weekly membership payments or credits for any reason
• Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis - speak directly to Tenea (business owner)
• Setup fees are non-refundable once paid
• Credits cannot be transferred between members or refunded for cash

Class Cancellation Policy

• Class bookings can be cancelled up to 6 hours before class start time
• Credits will be restored for timely cancellations
• Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the credit
• Membership cancellations require notice as specified in your membership tier

Freeze Functionality

• Members may freeze their membership up to 4 times per calendar year
• During a freeze period, weekly payments are paused and no credits are awarded
• To activate a freeze, members must speak directly to Tenea (business owner)
• Freeze periods must be arranged in advance and cannot be applied retroactively
• No refunds are provided for periods before a freeze takes effect

Medical Fitness

• You confirm that you are physically fit and healthy to participate in aerial arts classes
• You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect your participation
• Participation is at your own risk - aerial arts involves inherent physical risks
• You are responsible for listening to your body and stopping if you feel unwell or unsafe

Safety Rules

• Always follow instructor guidance and safety protocols
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns immediately
• Appropriate attire is required - covered legs and arms, no jewelry
• Late arrivals may be refused entry for safety reasons

You participate in aerial arts classes at your own risk and voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation, including but not limited to falls, injuries, or other physical harm.

You agree to release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Believe Aerial Arts, its instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation in classes or use of facilities.

This waiver includes injuries caused by the negligence of Believe Aerial Arts or others, except where prohibited by law.

Behavior & Conduct

• Respectful behavior toward instructors and other students is required
• Mobile phones should be on silent during classes
• Photography/recording is only permitted with explicit instructor consent
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate membership for inappropriate behavior

Facilities & Equipment

• Studio equipment is for class use only under instructor supervision
• You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of equipment
• Personal belongings are stored at your own risk
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items

• Your personal information is collected and stored securely for membership management
• We do not share your information with third parties except as required for payment processing
• You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time
• Class photos may be used for marketing purposes unless you opt out

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify members of significant changes via email or studio announcements.
